The two rooms at the disposal of the guests are spacious and very bright; they look in via Margutta, a pedestrian and quiet street as well as an historical street of roman artists. Still today is the seat of many contemporary artists. The wonderful view over the roofs and over Villa Borghese help to make a fascinating and pleasant atmosphere, far from the noises of a great metropolis still manteining  the advances to lodge in the center of the city, few steps from historical churches, refined noble palaces and numerous monuments in a pedestrian area full of shops, places and restorants, often a setting of importants cultural and musical events.

The single room is spacious and bright; the bed, placed in a comfortable and charming intermediate floor made in wood, will allow you to have good privacy, assuring a very confortable stay.

The doble room is  furnished with semplicity and good taste, just what two people need for a homelike comfort. The big window will allow you to enjoy a splendid view over the Pincio. The quiet of via Margutta will guarantee you the peacefulness of your rest.

The two rooms share the same bathroom, wich has a bath-shower, bidet and dryhair.
The breakfast will be served to the guests in the suggestive dining room, the keys of the apartment will be in your possesion to allow a complete freedom of movement.
